Refund Timeframes
- Game Codes: Customers are required to notify us within 24 hours of the delivery.
- In-game top-ups: Customers must inform us before the order is processed.
- In-Game Currency Codes: Customers must notify us within 5 hours of delivery.
Please note that once an order is completed, refunds will not be possible under any circumstances.
Refund Fees
Refund fees are applicable based on the following tiers:
- For purchases ranging from 100 TK to 300 TK, a fee of 15 TK will be deducted.
- For purchases ranging from 301 TK to 600 TK, a fee of 30 TK will be deducted.
- For purchases ranging from 601 TK to 1300 TK, a fee of 50 TK will be deducted.
- For purchases ranging from 1301 TK to 2500 TK, a fee of 80 TK will be deducted.
- For purchases of 2501 TK and above, a fee of 100 TK will be deducted.
Please note that no refund fees will be applied if the fault lies on our end.
